ACQ (ACQuiring Knowledge in Speech, Language and Hearing) is Speech Pathology Australia's clinical and professional journal. It provides a forum for the 4,000 members of the association, and is published three times a year in March, July and November. Each issue of ACQ has a main theme or topic as well as articles that are not tied to a particular subject area. Its Internet column, Webwords, usually addresses the central theme of the issue of ACQ in which it appears. You can find Webwords in print in the magazine itself, and also here on this site, with live links to featured resources.

  19. Therapy Tips
In therapy, children (and their care-givers) have to be motivated, and engaged in activities that they enjoy and want to do, or, at the very least, activities and tasks that they will 'tolerate'. And these tasks are all the better if their purpose is apparent to their caregivers. This is a collection of therapy tips and ideas contributed by visitors to this web site.

  20. Voice and Speech Anatomy Links
Participants in the phonologicaltherapy discussion group inspired the development of this page, and tracked down many of the sites.

  21. Your Link / Site Suggestions
Most of the links on this page came from individuals suggesting a link to their personal or business web site. Please be aware that site suggestions are accepted in good faith and inclusion on this list does not imply endorsement - or even that I have explored these sites in fine detail or that I know anything about any of the the products they may promote. Approach them, therefore, with an open mind and with caution!
